- Barbecue or oven with oven dish and baking paper
- 2 salmon fillets with skin
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons honey
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- Mix the garlic cloves, soy sauce, honey, lemon, chili flakes and salt together and spread the top of the salmon fillets thickly with it.
- Barbecue: Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the barbecue and continue to rub the salmon fillets with the herb marinade. Oven:5 Place the salmon on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on how cooked the salmon needs to be.
