- Salmon filets (use fresh and good quality salmon, such as VÅRLAKS)
- (Panko) Breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
- Stir the mustard, honey, lemonjuice, butter and salt and pepper into a mixture.
- Then make the topping. Mix the panko breadcrumbs, parsley and pecans together.
- Spread the mixture (the glaze) from the first step over the salmon fillets. And spread the topping on top
- Bake for 7-10 minutes
