  • Salmon filets (use fresh and good quality salmon, such as VĂ…RLAKS)
  • Mustard
  • (Panko) Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Honey
  • Lemon
  • Butter
  • Pecans
  • Parsley


  1. Stir the mustard, honey, lemonjuice, butter and salt and pepper into a mixture.
  2. Then make the topping. Mix the panko breadcrumbs, parsley and pecans together.
  3. Spread the mixture (the glaze) from the first step over the salmon fillets. And spread the topping on top
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes
