SALMON PIZZA
This unique pizza is great for any meal. It’s a fun dish for breakfast or brunch, and it’s certainly welcome at lunch and dinner, too.Ingredients
- 1 basic dough for pizza (or ready-made dough)
- 200 gr smoked salmon
- Red onion
- Fresh dill
- Pepper and salt
- 150 gr sour cream
- grated permesan cheese
- Rocket salad
- Olive oil
Steps:
- Prepare the dough according to the package and preheat the oven.
- Divide the dough and roll into a round pizza and brush with olive oil.
- Peel the red onions and cut them into half rings.
- Place the pizza on baking paper and spread generously with the sour cream, sprinkle with red onion and cheese. Season with pepper.
- Place the pizza with the baking paper on a hot baking tray in the oven and bake for around 12 minutes until the dough is crispy and the cheese is lightly toasted.
- Top each pizza with smoked salmon, lamb's lettuce and dill and serve.
