This unique pizza is great for any meal. It’s a fun dish for breakfast or brunch, and it’s certainly welcome at lunch and dinner, too.


  • 1 basic dough for pizza (or ready-made dough)
  • 200 gr smoked salmon
  • Red onion
  • Fresh dill
  • Pepper and salt
  • 150 gr sour cream
  • grated permesan cheese
  • Rocket salad
  • Olive oil


  1. Prepare the dough according to the package and preheat the oven.
  2. Divide the dough and roll into a round pizza and brush with olive oil.
  3. Peel the red onions and cut them into half rings.
  4. Place the pizza on baking paper and spread generously with the sour cream, sprinkle with red onion and cheese. Season with pepper.
  5. Place the pizza with the baking paper on a hot baking tray in the oven and bake for around 12 minutes until the dough is crispy and the cheese is lightly toasted.
  6. Top each pizza with smoked salmon, lamb's lettuce and dill and serve.
