Ingredients:

  • 4 VĂ…RLAKS salmon
  • 60 grams asiago cheese
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemonjuice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. Take a bowl and mix it with lemon juice, garlic, butter, oregano and basil and asiago cheese
  4. Dab the salmon dry with some kitchen paper and place them skin side down on the baking tray and spread the mixture over the fillets
  5. Finally, drizzle with some olive oil and bake for 10-13 minutes until the salmon is cooked.
