The tempratures are rising so it's time for a: summer recipe! Smoked salmon, on cedar wood. Simple but delicious!

Note: This recipe should be prepared a day in advance

Ingredients: (serves 4)

  • 400 grams of salmon
  • Salt, pepper and sugar
  • Lemon
  • Fresh dill
  • Barbecue
  • Cedar plank


  1. Rub the salmon with salt and sugar one night beforehand.
  2. The next day, remove the salt and sugar and place the salmon on the cedar plank.
  3. Smoke the salmon for about an hour at 90-100 degrees. (Lay the salmon on the skin side.)
  4. When the salmon is no longer glazed remove from the grill and season with lemon, salt and pepper. Then sprinkle some dill over the salmon.
