- VÅRLAKS salmon
- Dijon Mustard (ofcourse)
- Lemon Juice (just a little bit)
- Oil (advocado oil)
- Salt and pepper
The 3 easy steps
- Chop the parsley and garlic cloves into small pieces, then in a mixing bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and oil. Also add some salt and pepper for extra flavour.
- Spread the Dijon mixture over the salmon.
- Bake the salmon for 14-18 minutes in a 180-degree oven.
