Salmon Tartare Salad

    200 grams fresh VĂ…RLAKS salmon, skin removed and finely diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • Small snips of red onion, for a subtle flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed salad greens for serving
  • Lime wedges for garnish


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely diced salmon and diced avocado.
  2. Add the lime zest and juice to the bowl, along with the chopped cilantro or parsley. Gently mix the ingredients together.
