LEMON BUTTER GARLIC SALMON

Ingredients:
- Salmon filets (use fresh and good quality salmon, like VÅRLAKS!)
- Butter
- Fresh lemon juice
- Fresh ground garlic
- Brown sugar
- Sea salt and pepper
- Lemon slices
- Freshly chopped parsley
- Dried dill
Steps:
- First, place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 375°F | 190°C. Place a large piece of foil on it that is large enough to wrap the salmon in.
- Melt the butter and add the garlic and fry for about 1 minute. Then turn off the heat and add 1/4 cup of lemon juice and a tablespoon of brown sugar.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the lemon butter over the salmon. Then sprinkle with parsley and dill.
- Put some lemon slices over the salmon and fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to cover it. (Close it completely)
- Bake until the salmon is cooked (about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish and desired doneness).
- Open the foil and grill/bake for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat. (Garnish with additional parsley if desired and it's ready to serve!)
