BBQ Salmon

A delicious recipe with chives, parsley and spring onion. Delicious and easy.

If you like a marinade with your salmon, here is the recipe for the marinade:

  • Crushed garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Make a mixture of one toe of pressed garlic, 2 cm of fresh ginger, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Now it's time to make the salmon parcels!

Ingredients salmon packet:

  • Aluminium foil
  • 4 VĂ…RLAKS fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives
  • Leaf parsley
  • Spring onion
  • Lemon


  1. Make sure the BBQ is hot.
  2. Chop the spring onion finely and cut the lemon into wedges.
  3. Tear the aluminium foil into 4 pieces, pour a dash of olive oil over it together with some pepper and sea salt.
  4. Spread half of the herbs over the middle of all the pieces of foil and place the salmon on top.
  5. Pour some olive oil over the salmon again and sprinkle on some salt and pepper and the other half of the fresh herbs. Top with the spring onion and a wedge of lemon.
  6. Fold the packets closed and place the packets on the BBQ and let the salmon cook for about 6 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon)

Serve the salmon with tasty Greek yoghurt and enjoy! A delicious fresh summer salmon of the BBQ!
