BBQ Salmon
A delicious recipe with chives, parsley and spring onion. Delicious and easy.
If you like a marinade with your salmon, here is the recipe for the marinade:
- Crushed garlic
- Fresh ginger
- Soy sauce
- Lemon
- Salt and pepper
Make a mixture of one toe of pressed garlic, 2 cm of fresh ginger, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Now it's time to make the salmon parcels!
Ingredients salmon packet:
- Aluminium foil
- 4 VĂ…RLAKS fillets
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Chives
- Leaf parsley
- Spring onion
- Lemon
Steps
- Make sure the BBQ is hot.
- Chop the spring onion finely and cut the lemon into wedges.
- Tear the aluminium foil into 4 pieces, pour a dash of olive oil over it together with some pepper and sea salt.
- Spread half of the herbs over the middle of all the pieces of foil and place the salmon on top.
- Pour some olive oil over the salmon again and sprinkle on some salt and pepper and the other half of the fresh herbs. Top with the spring onion and a wedge of lemon.
- Fold the packets closed and place the packets on the BBQ and let the salmon cook for about 6 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon)
Serve the salmon with tasty Greek yoghurt and enjoy! A delicious fresh summer salmon of the BBQ!
