EDEKA SPECIAL: BBQ SALMON

Perfect recipe for a summer barbecue!

Ingredients:

  • Half a VÅRLAKS salmon side with skin / 4 pieces VÅRLAKS salmon fillets with skin
  • 8 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • Fresh dill
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation:

  1. Peel garlic cloves and crush with a garlic press.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, honey and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Brush salmon fillet(s) with the marinade.
  4. Place salmon on aluminum foil and cook slowly on preheated grill. Brush with marinade periodically as you do so. Do not leave the salmon on the grill too long or it will become too dry.
  5. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh dill.


And ready is the most delicious salmon from the grill! Enjoy!
